Fulfillment & Shipping
Our products are unique and produced to order, so please allow us around 3-5 business days to process your custom order and to be ready for shipping.
We ship from the United States.
Orders within the USA take up to 7 days to ship. International orders take up to 21 days for shipping, depending on your country.
Other distant regions might take a little longer.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Under My Sea only offers reprints or replacements if the product is missing, damaged or has a print error - provided that it was caused by Under My Sea.
Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided.
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable.
Once an order has been sent to production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.
Under My Sea will not offer replacements or refunds if you provide us incorrect shipment details or wrong size or color, or simply because you change idea.
If you have an issue with your order or in the case of damaged products, there is no need to send the product back to us.
Simply email our Customer Care (support@undermysea.com) and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After an investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
Under My Sea is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments.
